South Yorkshire Police volunteer cadets

represent the force at community events and test purchases

develop team building, communication and leadership skills

attend formal training

learn about roles within the police

All successful candidates must complete

One induction day (Monday 27 July 2026 or Monday 10 August 2026)
One First Aid course (Tuesday 28 July 2026 or Friday 31 July 2026 or Tuesday 11 August 2026)
