Over the weekend we conducted a number of speeding operations in and around Thorne following speeding concerns from residents who attended our January community engagement meeting.

We take speeding concerns seriously and when time allows, focus on those areas alongside attending our regular hotspots.

Happy to report that only a couple of drivers were spoken to regarding being slightly over the limit.  

We will continue conducting regular speed checks in and around the East of Doncaster and ask that you continue to report your speeding concerns to us. 

These operations will continue to take place at all time of the day including early morning and into the evening, you will see us in your area very soon.
