Officers from your Doncaster East neighbourhood policing team conducted a foot patrol alongside partners from Doncaster Council on Thursday following continued reports of off-road bikes and quads in and around the area of Fenton Close in Stainforth.

This isn’t just ASB (anti-social behaviour) – these are people riding vehicles on public footpaths and on green areas where children play – we are aware that this is having a detrimental impact on people's lives and enjoyment of their communities.

Cameras are in place and evidence is being gathered to identify and take positive actions against those that commit choose to drive their vehicles in this way – not only causing harm to residents but also damage to their local surroundings.

A further update will follow over the next few weeks regarding what further work is planned in this area.
