Following on from yesterday (Friday 3rd November 2023) with regards to the stolen delivery van being located and the 42 year old male being detained we are now able to confirm that after submitting the case to CPS last night we were able to charge the male this morning with aggravated vehicle taking.

The male was also further charged with the following two traffic offences:

The male was also further charged with two offences of theft - both of these offences took place in Humberside.

After charge, he was remanded for the next available court.
