At our last CIM meeting held in Edenthorpe last week a member of the public raised a concern regarding scam calls pretending to be one of the UK major banks. This sort of scam is on the increase in the UK so I have attached advice on what to do and how to spot a scam call, I have taken this from the Age UK website.
