We have been made aware that a number of children and youths have been seen attempting to cause damage to the panels at Thorne solar farm. 

Fortunately the area is covered by CCTV which provide good clear images, should anyone have information or be a witness to this unacceptable behaviour please reply to this SYP Alert email.

We take reports of anti-social behaviour seriously and this mindless act of vandalism will not be tolerated.

Our patrols have increased in and around this area and any offenders identified will be dealt with positively. This location might be off the “beaten track” and difficult for some to access but we are still able to patrol at all times of the day.
